Junior – 09/25/2023 Junior Edwards,born circa 2004, was a most beloved and forever cherished best friend, son, grandson, and nephew. he filled every room he ever stepped in to with such joy and bright energy through his sweet personality, smile, and eyes. Throughout Junior’s life, some of his most fondest memories are from his many manners and training courses at Lucky Dog Training in Keller/ Gort Worth, Texas. While at Lucky Dog, Junior went on to learn and play Treibball and Agility for several years. He forever cherished his best dog cohorts Archie, Alex, Daisy, Fenway, Rio, Lucy, and Oscar and their annual play dates at NRH2O water park splash days. Junior had a strong love for all tennis balls and never met a cat that he didn’t befriend. He loved creating his mother’s piano students every week, where he often played piano, sang and loved on all students. In 2016, Junior began studying and working hard, staying up late nights to help support alongside his mother while they simultaneously worked to successfully obtain their MBA from Texas Tech University. Junior will forever be remembered as the most loving, caring, smartest, and compassionate Pitbull a girl and her family and friends could ever ask for. Junior is preceded in death by his Grandfather, David Edwards of Bowie, Texas, his FUR-Father Claus Edwards (pitbull mix) of Watauga,TX. He is survived by his loving parents Amanda Edwards and Rufus Mathews and as well as his fur siblings Jake (pitbull mix) and Bettye (boxer) of Cypress,TX, his most -loved Grammy, Helen Edwards of Bowie,TX, grandparents Rufus and Rene Mathews of The Woodlands, TX, and his much loved Auntie Anne and Uncle Jarred Moler of Decatur, TX.
