Felix started life as a survivor, dumpster diving for supper and mastering the art of “making do.” Then Nathaniel scooped you up & brought you into our lives. Felix, you filled our days with purrs, your cool personality, & just enough stalking moments to keep things interesting. Felix, you quickly embraced being rescued even though your first weeks at our house you were wrapped like a burrito to be given an iv drip. You bird watched from the kitchen table, tried to catch lizards on the other side of the windows, & the 2 times that you escaped, you quickly came back inside realizing that the grass is not always greener on the other side. We knew we were the lucky ones though when you sought us out for scratches. Thank you, Felix, for loving us. We’ll feel your pawprints on our hearts forever.
